2.1 For ease of use, the Self Awakening Mission International website does not log out a User under any circumstance. It is the sole responsibility of the User to log out when deemed necessary.

3.0 The Self Awakening Mission International website currently allows Users to access, stream, and download certain media and content (“Content”) that may be provided through the Service in any format, media, or device whatsoever in Self Awakening Mission International's sole discretion.

Termination/Cancellation

6.1 Without limitation to any other provisions hereof regarding termination, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for any or no reason upon reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

7.0 To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Self Awakening Mission International, including its employees, officers, or affiliates, is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability.

7.1 Self Awakening Mission International is not liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any defect/disruption in the network, or breakdown of machinery.

7.2 Self Awakening Mission International shall not be responsible for any fault malfunction, or system error/breakdown due to technical or technological restriction or due to any reason/event/incident beyond its commercially reasonable control and the user shall hold harmless Self Awakening Mission and its employees, or officers or affiliates with respect of the same.

7.3 By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Self Awakening Mission shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use or download of any Content, or from the use of the Service in any manner.

7.4 In consideration of registering and/or participating in classes, live sessions, meditation sessions, or any other services offered, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Self Awakening Mission International, its employees, agents, representatives, or affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you.

Assumption of Risk:

By engaging in any of the classes, live sessions, meditation sessions, or any other services, you acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks involved. These risks may include but are not limited to, physical and mental injury, property damage, financial loss, etc.

Indemnity and Waiver

8.0 User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Self Awakening Mission International and its employees, or officers, or affiliates against any claim or liabilities arising from (a) user’s use of and access to Services, or (b) user’s violation of any of its terms of use, privacy policy. (c) user’s violation of any third-party rights including but not limited to intellectual property rights, (d) user’s breach of any applicable laws. This indemnification obligation will survive the expiration or termination of user’s a’s access to Self Awakening Mission International website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly agree that use of and access to the Self Awakening Mission International website is at your sole risk. The service is provided on ‘as is’ or ‘as available’ basis. Force Majeure

Self Awakening Mission shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Self Awakening Mission International website, irrespective of the cause/s.

•Attendees are eligible for a refund on a pro-rated basis based on the number of classes attended by calling +91-7678665630, +91-9350884041, +91-8448800174, or +91-8448800151, 24 hours before the next class is scheduled.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Face to Face Live In-Person Meditation Camp with Sanjiv Maliek

•There will be no refunds for this class.

Merchandise

We have made efforts to accurately display the attributes of Products, including the applicable color, shape, size, etc. However, the actual Product may vary depending on the monitor. In addition, certain weights, measures, and similar descriptions are approximate and are for convenience only.

We reserve the right to limit quantities to the amount reasonable for our regular customers.

The prices displayed on the Sites are quoted in Indian Rupees and are valid and effective only within India, and such prices may not include shipping and handling or tax, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. Sanjiv Malik Life Coach or any of its affiliates reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

There are no refunds for our Products. All sales are final. You must provide an uncut/unpause video of the Product along with all the items that you received and if deemed reasonable a replacement product will be provided.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional Codes and Discounts offered by Sanjiv Malik Life Coach, Mindguru India, Self Awakening Mission Trust or Mgmekart are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes and Discounts are void where prohibited by law. Promotional Codes and Discounts may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any Promotional Code or Discount.

Entire Agreement
